Edward Otto Schwagerl

Schwagerl worked in a number of cities across the U.S., but had settled in the Pacific Northwest by the 1880s. He worked first as Parks Superintendent in Tacoma, WA, 1890-1892, and then in Seattle, 1892-1895.
