Daly and Associates operated at 2025 1st Avenue in Seattle, WA, in 1996. At this time, the firm had six architects and one administrative employee. Approximately 25% of the first work in 1995 was in historic preservation, 20% in adaptive reuse, 20% in multifamily housing, 20% new office design and 15% biotech laboratories.
