Svarz operated an office in Seattle, WA, 1911-1938. His leased space in various downtown office buildings: 2120 1st Avenue West (1911); Room #324, Haight Building, (1916-1918); 208 Columbia Street (1920-1925); Room #202, 719 2nd Avenue (1926-1933, 1938); Room #1314, Alaska Building (1934-1935); and Room #533, Medical Arts Building (1937). He appears to have retired during or just after 1938.
