E. A. Hathaway

Hathaway was a large-scale, Santa Clara, CA-based construction company. It later merged with another giant, Dinwiddie Construction, Incorporated to form Hathaway Dinwiddie in 10/1996. Following the merger, a Hathaway Dinwiddie umbrella company became a privately held enterprise. The merger allowed for both companies to retain separate corporate headquarters and identities.
