Tuttle and Hopkins formed either in late 1912 or early 1913, and operated in Los Angeles, CA. They had their offices at 426 South Spring Street, Room #906, in 1913. (See Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1913, p. 2188.) In 1912, Paul V. Tuttle previously worked on his own and had his office at this address. (See Los Angeles, California, City Directory, 1912, p. 1700.)

The firm dissolved in either late 1913 or early 1914. Tuttle would go on to form the practice of Tuttle and Angel, Architects.
