This upper-crust, revivalist firm served a predominantly New York, NY, and Long Island, NY, clientele, although they did periodically operate out of this region, but rarely on the West Coast. Architect William Adams Delano (1874-1960) served as loyal mentor to many of his former employees, including William W. Wurster (1895-1973).
