Financed by Torrey Enterprises, the Imperial Bank Downtown San Diego Headquarters had 24 stories and 600,000 square feet of office space. This was one of the largest office buildings in Downtown San Diego built between 1960-1980. The 27-story Columbia Centre (built in 1982) was slightly taller at 27 stories and contained 615,000 square feet.
