The Port of Tacoma and the Seattle development company, Northwest Building LLC, pooled $30 million to create the Port Commerce Center, a cluster of manufacturing and warehouse buildings located on 100 acres. The land is situated within the Port of Tacoma's Foreign Trade Zone #86.
