Sainte Michelle Wine Estates of Woodinville, WA, became co-owner of Stag's Leap Wine Cellars for $185 million in 09/2007. Sainte Michelle would own Stag's Leap with Marchese Piero Antinori. Sainte Michelle Wine Estates was founded in 1967, one of the earliest vintners in the State of Washington.
