The headquarters is a Lindal Cedar Home.

This firm dated back to 1945 in Canada, when it started building prefabricated houses. Its founder was Sir Walter Lindal. In 2007, the company operated its headquarters in Seattle, WA, and two manufacturing facilities, one in Surrey, BC, Canada, and the other in Burlington, WA. Many of its buildings are used as vacation houses in areas where labor is scarce or too expensive. In 2007, over 50,000 Lindal Homes had been sold.
