A 15-foot high round sculpture existed above a rounded rectangular pool on a traffic island at the junction of South Spring Street and South Main Street. Its location can be seen in photos of the area in 1917 and in a map of the downtown of 1924. It was lit by nearby streetlights and its own single lamp.

Demolished.
