Multi Capital Group of New York, NY, and its Seattle Affiliate, Hummingbird Advisors LLC, announced plans for a two-tower hotel/condominium complex for Downtown Seattle on 07/16/2007. One tower was to contain 400 hotel rooms for a chain yet to be determined and the other was to be a condominium tower also with 400 units; the two would each have 500,000 square feet and was projected to cost $900 million. Hummingbird owned a property on Fifth Avenue between Virginia and Stewart Streets.
