This plot of land owned by Hugh Sisley was being planned for multi-story housing in 2007. Residents of the neighborhood expressed dismay over the developer's proposal to build a 10-story building on a parcel of land bounded by NE 65th and NE 66th Streets and 15th Avenue NE Street and Brooklyn Avenue NE. Public opinion was not against redevelopment, but wanted a lower structure in the range of 4 or 5 stories.
