This building was used by the Home Economics Department of the University of Washington (UW).

Demolition

Guthrie Hall Annex #3 was torn down on 04/17/2018 to make way for the Population Health Facility, funded by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation. Guthrie Hall Annex #2 was torn down two days later.
