Building Notes
In 1917, the prolific architect William H. Weeks (1864-1936) published a notice in the Architect and Engineer that he had prepared plans for a high school building in Colusa, CA, to cost $85,000. (See "The Building Outlook for 1917," Architect and Engineer, vol. XLVIII, no. 1, 01/1917, p. 122.)
