This 34-story, 835,000 square-foot office building was designed by Los Angeles architects, Johnson Fain for JMB/Urban Development Company. Levine/Seegel served as Consulting Engineers. Constellation Place had a garage capable of parking 2,800 cars, with three levels below grade and six above. Constellation Place was set for completion in mid-2003. The Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer (MGM) Film Company was a main tenant of the building at its completion, leasing about two-thirds of the rentable square footage.
