This 650-foot long railroad bridge spans the Dungeness River, and was in danger of demolition in 1991 before volunteer groups conceived of it as part of the Olympic Discovery Trail. It and the 3,000 feet of former railroad track that leads to it were renovated due to colalboration of the Trust for Public Land, Clallam County Park and Recreation District, and the Jamestown S'Kallam Tribe.
