Kennedy Wilson Multi-family Management Group of Beverly Hills, CA, and AIG Global Real Estate, purchased the Stonehaven at West Campus Apartments in 11/2006 for $58 million from United Dominion Realty Trust. They were expected to spend approximately $5 million on renovations ($5,000-$7,000 per unit) and then raise rents.
