Hewitt Architects along with Val Thomas, Incorporated collaborated on the design of Klee Lofts and Suites, an $18 million mixed-use development in Downtown Seattle, WA. The project consisted of two, 13-story residential towers, combined with 30,000 square feet of commercial/retail space, above a subterranean, 2-floor parking garage with space for 160 cars. McCarthy Building Companies, headquartered in Saint Louis, MO, served as Building Contractor for Klee Lofts and Suites.
