Blip Design extensively remodeled this house c. 2003. It had a number of green building practices and technologies including, photovoltaic modules, natural ventilation, wastewater heat-recovery, rainwater harvesting, hydronic radiant floor heat, super-insulated envelope, and rain-screen siding. This remodeled house appeared in the 06/2004 issue of Dwell magazine. It also received a Built Green Design Award in 2005.
