This new plan for the UW Business School was projected to cost $120 million in 2006. The project was set to have two phases: Phase I would occur 09/2008-2010, and would include the construction of a new Foster Business School building--PACCAR Hall--in the parking lot between Ballmer Hall and Denny Hall. In Phase II, lasting from 2010-2012, Ballmer Hall was to be demolished and replaced and MacKenzie Hall would be abandoned by the Business School.
