This three-story, 90,000 square-foot office building was designed for the entertainment industry mogul, David L. Geffen (born 1943). Zoning restrictions in the Beverly Hills Industrial District limit buildings to three stories. Entry is gained into the rectangular building through a conical entry pavilion set on the southeast corner.
