Founded in 1886, the Church of the Epiphany was the oldest Episcopalian congregation in Los Angeles, CA.

In 1913, A.B. Benton redesigned this church providing a new 68 x 50 addition housing a 250-seat sanctuary, sacristy and choir room. The earlier building was re-used as a parish hall. At this time, a large stained glass window was donated to the new addition.
