KGA redesigned two existing buildings to create the winery, a brick warehouse and a concrete warehouse, both dating from the 1930s. A second floor was added to the brick building to enable wine tasting, office and banquet functions. A curving skylight illuminated these upstairs spaces and those below.

A wooden structure on the property was demolished c. 2003.
