This restaurant-hotel-winery was founded by Dr. Vincent and Carol Bryan, local landowners who also started the Gorge Ampitheatre. This inn benefited from the influx of customers brought by high-tech companies that opened computer operations here in the mid-200s. MTM Luxury Lodging of Kirkland, WA, operated this facility in 2008. MTM operated the property's various resort rooms, residences, winery, spa, fine dining, golf and equestrian center.

Cave B Inn referred to itself as the Pacific "Northwest's first destination winery resort." The inn was located at the top of a 900-foot basalt rock formation.
