The simple, one-room Calvary Presbyterian Church #1 was erected on its first site, on Fries Avenue and G Street, in 1870; it was moved to the present location in 1927. In 2007, it was known as "Memory Chapel." It is considered the oldest extant church in the Wilmington-San Pedro Harbor area.
Calvary Presbyterian Church contains its original pews, dating from 1870.
