In 2007, the Madigan Medical Center operated 202 beds within a facility 1.2 million square feet in size; four buildings make up the complex spread out on 120 acres. The complex served 130 inpatients in 03/2007.

A new wing of Madigan Army Medical Center was built c. 1995.
