Architect's own house.

Owner Everard Milton Morgan cut this house in two after a divorce settlement in 1895, leaving one half for his ex-wife and moving the other to an unknown location for himself. The remaining half, heavily altered over time, had the address 1637 Taylor Street in 2007.
