Owned by Fu Shen Chang and his wife, Kerry Huang, the fusion Asian-Pacific Northwest Restaurant, Qube, opened in 11/2006. They employed a noted chef, Lisa Nakamura, to create their cuisine. Qube went out of business c. 2008, and was replaced by Long Restaurant in c. 2009, an establishment that served Southern Vietnamese cuisine. The restaurant had a mezzanine level.
