The fice-bedroom, five-bath, Tudor Revival Style house occupied one-half acre in that year, and was priced at $3,250,000 (03/11/2007), offered by Windermere Real Estate. The house was still unsold as of 06/15/2008, and the price had been dropped to $2,699,995.

It featured broad views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.
