The comprehensive Bogue Plan for the redesign of Seattle, WA, was defeated by 10,000 votes on 03/05/1912. It was named for the civil engineer Virgil G. Bogue (1846-1916), the Seattle Muncipal Plans Commission's adviser in 1910-1911.
