McClure and Adkison designed this clinic for use by 2 general practice dentists and 1 children's dentist; additional space was configured for 1 dental hygienist, 1 receptionist, 3 dental nurse, 3 laboratory technicians, and 1 part-time maintenance person. The 2,407 square foot office was arranged on 2 floors, the upper having 1,965 square feet. The building cost $34,765 to construct in 1950.
