An early Art Deco municipal structure, The Everett City Hall presaged other "WPA Moderne" governmental building built during the Depression Era.

Documents concerning the Everett City Hall are contained in the Abraham Horace Albertson Papers, 1908-1962, held at the University of Washington Libraries, Special Collections Division.
