The exclusive Highlands residential community was developed in the 1920s on 400 acres; originally, only 22 home sites occupied this acreage, but it has since been sub-divided.

Architect's own house. Noble Hoggson, Jr., (1899-1970) was a notable Puget Sound landscape architect.
