This set of two conjoined houses forming a rounded triangle stood at the intersection of Le Conte Avenue and Hearst Avenue. Built on or before 1907, it has been described as "...a shingled two-flat building with an overhanging round turret...." (See Daniella Thompson, Berkeley Architectural Heritage Association (BAHA),Accessed 01/19/2007)

These two houses burned in the Berkeley Fire of 09/17/1923. The Joseph W. Harris House would occupy this site next in 1936.
