Christ's Church originally occupied the northwest corner of Santa Clara and Oak Street, but was moved to a new Grand Street location in the late 1880s.

This church was originally located at the northwest corner of Santa Clara Avenue and Oak Street, a site later taken by the second Alameda City Hall. Christ's Church was moved to a new location in the late 1880s.
