Overview

Schnitzer Northwest, renamed in 2007 Schnitzer West, developed this two-building office complex in 2001. The two buildings were joined together by a central "Great Room" that contained amenitites that could be share by the office workers in each tower. The use of a central "Great Room" to join office towers became a frequent feature of Schnitzer-developed properties.
