These twin, 13-story condominium towers were finished in 2001, part of wave of condominium building in the Belltown section of Seattle, WA. Seattle-based developers, Tecton Corporation, announced plans to build a condo tower on this site in 1989, called "Pacific Heights," but this project stalled, and the land was sold to other investors.

On 03/27/2011, a northwest corner apartment with 2 bedrooms had an asking price of $650,000.
