This mixed-use development was to occupy man-made land on Everett, WA's harbor. Located next to an existing marina, Port Gardner Wharf was to include houses, shops, 18 acres of parkland, offices and hotels. Everett Maritime LLC acted as the developer for the project; Albert H.
