Building History
David Rector operated the Ebell Theatre in Long Beach in 1947.
Alteration
The Ebell Clubhouse and Theatre complex suffered significant damage to its walls and roofs as a result of the Long Beach Earthquake of 03/10/1933. This damage was repaired soon after.
Both the theatre and clubhouse were gutted in 2004 and renovated into condominium residences.
