The Irvine Technology Center I is located at the intersection of Campus Drive and Jamboree Road and occupies the following addresses: 2525-2747 Campus Drive (92612-1503), 18872-18902 Bardeen Avenue (92612-1521) and 18871-18910 Teller Avenue (92612-1614) in Irvine, California.

This first phase, built between 1967-1977, contained 135,683 square feet of Class B office and research and development space. The first office/research and development building--built in 1967--was one story in height. By 1999, the phases were owned by Irvine Technology Partners I LLC and Irvine Technology Partners II LLC, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Palo Alto, CA-based Menlo Equities. The center featured parking lots able to accommodate 569 vehicles.

Four single-story office buildings were added to the ten acre Irvine Technology Center I property in 1977. Some of these buildings were renovated in 2000-2001. Altogether, five separate buildings composed the technology center's first phase.
