This second portion of the Irvine Technology Center provided 113,363 square feet of office space, augmenting the 135,683 square feet already existing in the first phase. By 1999, the phases were owned by Irvine Technology Partners I LLC and Irvine Technology Partners II LLC, both wholly-owned subsidiaries of Palo Alto, CA-based Menlo Equities.

Two single-story buildings were added to the 8.84-acre, second phase of the Irvine Technology Center in 1980.
