A. Eugene Kohn served as the Partner-in-Charge; the Design Partner was William Pederson. The clients were Wright Runstad and Company. The office tower would have risen 30 floors above Downtown Portland, OR, and was to contain 585,000 square feet of Class A office space. McKinnely Architects, Portland, acted as Associate Architects.
