This structure was located on the Wallingford-Fremont neighboroods' border.

This building, lying on the Fremont-Wallingford neighborhood borders, was originally a City of Seattle Print Shop. In 1985, a group of parents renovated the vacant shop into the faility of the University Child Development School (UCDS). This facility was occupied by UCDS until 2003.
