An underground parking garage was rebuilt in 2006. For this project new reinforced foundation piers were sunk to support a larger, deeper parking area. Lease Crutcher Lewis acted as General Contractor and DBM Contractors Incorporated provided additional excavation assistance. Magnusson Klemencic Associates served as the Structural Engineer and Shannon and Wilson, the Geotechnical Engineer.
