Neutra oriented this two-story house so that a glazed facade looked out over the Lago Maggiore; on the upper floor, kitchens, closets, and maid's quarters lined the west side, leaving the living room and master bedroom a panoramic view of the lake. Below, a garage, extra bedroom, and an added lving space were located, the last two spaces enjoying eastern views.
