The Incarnation Catholic Church purchased the North Glendale United Methodist Church in July 2006. The North Glendale Congregation, which had been in the city for 100 years, had experienced declining membership in recent years, and decided to merge with the nearby First United Methodist Church in Glendale, CA. The Incarnation Catholic Church would use the expanded space for its ministerial groups and organizations.
In 2006, an Adventist Community Children's Center was also located on the property of the North Glendale United Methodist Church.
It was reported in 2006 that the North Glendale United Methodist Church had experienced termite and water damage that required repair.
