Located at the foot of Mount Lowe.

This hotel, opened by the inventor and entrepreneur Thaddeus Sobieski Constantine Lowe, operated at the foot of the Mount Lowe Funicular Railway, also owned by Lowe.

Demolished by a landslide in 1909.
