Designed by Frank Lloyd Wright's successor firm, Taliesin Associates, this development, called an "International Village and Court of the Sevene Seas," was designed for businessman, Peter J. Pasetta. Projected to cost between $13-15 million, the project was to include a 200-foot pyramidal hotel, semi-circular motel buildings, a wedding chapel, a convention center, and a set of domed canopies housing a shopping center.
