Building History

The Westminster Presbyterian Church #1 was in operation by 1899 at the corner of Broadway and Columbia Street. Reverend J.M. Wilson officiated at that time. A prelude to his sermon of 07/30/1905 was "Isn't There Some Better Way Than Strikes and Lockouts to Settle Labor Difficulties?" (See "In the Churches Tomorrow," Seattle Times, 07/29/1905, p. 7.)

Demolition

The Westminster Presbyterian Church was razed.
